1. Nothing is shipped

Bersedia is a fully digital, cloud-based software service accessed through a web browser. There is no physical product, packaging or courier delivery involved in any purchase.

2. Instant delivery of access

Access to your paid plan is granted instantly and automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed by the CHIP payment gateway. Your plan, agent limits and portal settings update on your account immediately — there is nothing to wait for and nothing to install.

If a payment is confirmed but your plan has not updated within a few minutes, email support@bersedia.com and we will fix it. (This support address is a placeholder pending confirmation before launch.)

3. No shipping fees or delivery times

Because nothing is shipped, no shipping, handling or delivery charges are ever added to your subscription, and no delivery estimates or tracking apply. The price you see for your plan is the full amount charged.
